A Community Coalition for Safe, Healthy Housing at Woodland Heights
For too long, families at Woodland Heights have endured flooding, rats, mold, and broken appliances, while property managers ignore repairs and HUD fails to enforce accountability. This changes now.
The ADOS Advocacy Foundation, alongside a coalition of community partners, is launching Neighbors Against Neglect—a resident-driven campaign to secure real, lasting change for all 550+ households.
This is a collaborative effort—uniting neighbors, advocates, and organizations to build power, document neglect, and demand action.
Withhold federal funds from landlords who refuse repairs and reform inspections to protect tenants
Bring Senators Ossoff & Warnock to meet residents and see conditions firsthand.
Work with city, state, and federal partners to repurpose unused properties (like APS schools) for emergency housing.
We’re kicking off with a community canvass on August 17th (12PM–2PM) to connect with residents, document issues, and grow our movement.
